I always use the Jiffy Lube on Dimond. They’re usually pretty quick and do a good job. The workers are polite. I also like that I can shop at Costco while they’re working on my truck, it seems to always time out perfectly. If you choose to wait inside of Jiffy Lube, they have coffee, bottled water and a restroom.

Everything went smooth. They had a coffee machine ready and a tv in the waiting room. The employees were polite, respectful and informative. The wait time equalled out to the work done. I plan on going to Jiffy Lube for my next oil change.

These guys are awesome!!! I own Hill Communications in Alaska. Whether it is me personally bringing a vehicle through, or one of my clients, they take care of business! They also check my oil between changes for me. Preventive maintenance is the ‘true’ key to keeping your vehicle in great shape! I can always count on them to give me a ‘Bird’s Eye’ view of any issues. They are consistently professional and courteous!

I asked if they would check air pressure in my tires and re-torque my wheels. They got me in quickly and were very professional. They said normally there would be a small charge but said don't worry about it.

Excellent prompt efficient friendly knowledgeable staff & service. Knew my service record from previous visits instantly. Probably like 6 staffers were instantly on the job of my service work. Agent made suggestions for possible needs for my car. When car was done in less than 30 minutes they brought my car to the exit door so I wouldn’t have to walk in the snow & icy parking area

I’m giving this location five stars because of how they treat people. Jordan and the rest of the staff are always friendly, respectful, and professional. You can tell they care about customer service and creating a good experience when you walk in. One thing I’d personally love to see is a little more transparency when it comes to fluid checks. I remember in the past they would show a chart with the fluid levels, what they should look like, and what they currently look like. I really appreciated that side-by-side comparison because it helped me better understand what was being checked and why. Overall though, the team here is great, and that kind of customer service goes a long way.

I was greeted immediately when I pulled in. The worker who met me was friendly and efficient. My wait time was not too long, and once inside the bay, they went to work right away. I had an oil change, and requested a desperately needed windshield wiper install. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I received!

Service was quick. I was in and out withing 30 mins. This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube amd won't be my last.

The staff at the Diamond location have always been extremely helpful. I have been going to that location for about 3 years and every time I receive great communication and exceptional service.100% would reccomend.

When there was a mistaken price quote for my transfer case service I offered to split the difference but the awesome manager Taisia shook my hand and said have a good day. Wow! and they were fast and friendly.

For the first time I tried Jiffy Lube on Dimond.(I had made an appointment for an oil change at the Chevy Dealership on E 5th and showed up only to be told they were swamped and I’d have to leave my vehicle!) So I called Jiffy on Dimond and they said come on in and I could wait while they serviced my vehicle! When I arrived they checked me in and said I could wait in their waiting room or run across the parking lot and do my shopping at Costco, which I did! By the time I came back, my vehicle was ready! The walked me to my vehicle and showed/ went over what they did! The dealerships NEVER did that. Another nice touch of their service: cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the drivers side floor mat! Customer Service above and beyond! Their service pricing was way better than at the Dealership too! The following week after my oil change I came back to Jiffy to do a Tire Service for my vehicle? Again, in and out quickly. They now have a “New” Loyal Customer!

They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was told they vacuumed and they did not. That was a dissatisfying.

I was in Anchorage for the day and realized that my tire was dangerously low on air had driven around to like 4 gas stations only to find that the air cords had been cut on there machines so I made a last ditch attempt to drive to the jiffy lube next to Costco I explained my situation to the worker they were so friendly got me right in the q and didnt charge me anything on top of that the got me in and out of there in under 5 minutes and also checked all the tires would definitely recommend in the future.

No appointments, first come first served which is Great! Fast and friendly service. Went in for an oil change expecting to be upsold and there no pressure. I had my oil changed and was in and out very quickly. Will be going back for the next service. Thank you, Jiffy Lube
