I always go to this Jiffy Lube location for all of my oil changes. The staff is top notch, super friendly, efficient and honest. Today I was helped by the manager, John, who took exceptional care of both myself and my truck. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for the best care in Flagstaff!

Very friendly staff! Everyone I interacted with was really nice. Allison explained to me what my car needed in basic terms, I really enjoyed working with her. I usually feel uncomfortable getting work on my car done because I’m so out of my element, but everyone here made it easy and pleasant.

This Jiffy lube was busy but I didn’t wait long. They explained everything to me, even though I knew of the problems. Allison was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and kind.

Great service, the guys are all so friendly and courteous. The only thing, they couldn't rotate my tires because they said the bolts couldn't come off. I have no idea what that's about. I was told to buy new bolts.

Amazing customer service with Allison. Great information and enthusiasm without any pressure. This time I only wanted the oil change without other services because my Ram 2500 takes a lot of oil and can be expensive to service. They did apply a coupon which saved me $30. Allison was very helpful and friendly to me and to all of the other customers.

This store is super fast doing the oil change! They often have no waiting or a short wait time. The people working there are very courteous and helpful. I used an online coupon, which saved me some cash, and that really helps when you're on a fixed income. They also let you bring your dog inside if you have them with you. High recommend!!

They had the best price, but couldn’t vacuum the front because the vacuum was broken and required extra money to fill the windshield wiper fluid because they were out of the normal fluid. The team was pleasant
