I was very happy with the crew today. They were polite and had answers to my questions. After we settled on a price the crew went right to work and handled my car.

Merlin my technician was fantastic and the Manager at this location is always a pleasure to work with.

Always make keeping my car tuned up fast and efficient. Really appreciate everything they do there because my car would be cupoot if not for them. Big love from little Mike!

Gage and Molina completed my vehicles oil change. Gage answered my questions and provided additional valuable information regarding my cars engine and care. They were both professional, efficient and courteous. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Ninos, Malina & their Mtanager (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) were excellent. They prioritize customer service, great attitude and team environment. Getting the job done quickly and efficiently while being attentive to my needs and what my truck needed. (Without upselling me BS) I highly recommend this location for your oil changes if you’re in the north west valley. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for some other locations I've visited in the valley. This was a 5/5 service all the way. I was in & out in under 30 mins. You can’t beat that. Time is money and they didn’t waste my time, so every dollar is worth it. I can’t recommend this team and location enough.

This is my first time using a Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed!! Ninos M., John W. And Gage D. were all super polite and courteous and helpful. They offered services but weren’t pushy in any way. I didn’t feel like I was being sold to at all. I will definitely be coming back and appreciate the great experience!

Went in for an oil change and I had a coupon from online for $25 off. There was no one there when I went on a Saturday morning and I was in and out very quickly. Very pleased the service.

Technicians were friendly. They did a great job and got me out quickly.

Came into the jiffy lube in Glendale Arizona 89 th Avenue and Union Hills. Came in for an oil change and was impressed with the quality of service, the price and the people there. The person at this time who was directly involved with the service was named Gage. As I said before, so impressed that I came back a week later to have my coolant changed in my car. Again, great service and price. I would like to add that the Mgr. Kevin was very informative and knowledgeable about my older classic car. Will go back in February to have the hoses replaced on my car. Great people, great service, and resonable prices.

The service was satisfactory. However for as much as it cost, a car wash would have been nice. They cleaned the outside of the windshield. And I am thankful that I had an online coupon to help with the cost of the oil change. The staff was polite and they kept me informed about the service needs of my vehicle.

All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. When my scarf accidentally became tangled in my purse strap, leaving me temporarily stuck, they quickly assisted and helped free me. What could have been awkward turned into a lighthearted moment, and the gentleman who helped handled the situation with professionalism and care.

Had an oil change and tires rotated. Fast and easy and very reasonable with coupon!

The Team was pleasant, helpful, through and kind. This is my neighborhood store and it’s nice to have reliable team, nearby if needed!
