Very professional. Topped off coolant and added air to tires without asking. Service was quick.

Been going here regularly and they get you in and out quickly. They also let you know what you may need to update without pressuring. There’s usually a promotion going with added savings that you can search online.

The wait was a bit longer than advertised, however in comparison to other auto shops, whom even with an appointment can take a while, Jiffy Lube was way quicker. Thanks to a half off coupon, the cost was comprible to what auto shops charge in order to drive in customers with the goal to earn your business on preventative maintenance or actual findings that easily become unexpected costs. That said, if you're ok paying more for your next oil change, then consider jiffy lube.

They were great to deal with, and job was done great.

They were quick and professional. I got to stay in my car and they didn’t bombard me with trying to sell me a bunch of add ons like Take5 does- I don’t know enough about vehicles so I don’t speak the language and selling me stuff when my husband isn’t there to interpret what exactly they’re talking about makes me uncomfortable. I think they could tell I don’t know about cars so they left it alone and basically just gave me recommendations and did what I came for. I was on my lunch break too so I appreciate their observance of time.

oil change

Lost window sticker that indicates when next service was so I stopped in and asked to check my records. Turned out I wasn’t doing for another 2000 miles so the gentleman checked my oil. I was a little bit low so he taught me off and gave me a new sticker to put on my window. He was very polite and offered great service. I was very pleased.
