Quick, efficient, great customer service!

Friendly service. Even tho they were busy, Timothy took the time to let us know approximately how long the wait & service would take for my Jeep. Since we were traveling and not familiar with the area, he gave us dining options. Service as done quickly and we were back on the road. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!

Although I thought the time I spent waiting for my car to finally pull-up to the Oil Change docking station was a bit long, once the vehicle docked, the process was fast. What made the experience more enjoyable was the kindness and fun-ness (if that's a word) of the Floor Manager while I was waiting!!! He is just happy and fun and very kind! This is my 2nd time there and I will return! So this is a fun warning! I will be back! LOL!

Fast, friendly, great service. Coupons online. 10/10. They should consider wearing gloves if they have long nails though. I don’t know how sanitary that is. I had just came from the car wash before getting service done. They left greasy finger prints around my car. A light wipe down after a service would be nice. Still happy with my oil change.

TJ and his guys are great. They actually do care about your car and take pride in doing a good job and doing right by the customer. They aren’t pushy about upselling and honest about what services you actually need.
