Gerard was very friendly and helpful; he was the lead mechanic in my oil change, which was the only thing I wanted to resolve when I came in, but was very informative on other services my car could benefit from in the near future without being overly pushy or aggressive. It was also a very quick service! I was in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be coming to this Jiffy Lube again in the future!

It was my first time going to a Jiffylube, I got met at the start of the process by Gerard. He helped me by checking the car to make sure everything was up to par while the oil change was happening. Also explained everything the team was doing. Was barely in there 20 mins. Will be going again.

This was my first time at this location and let me tell you from the moment I pulled up everyone were busy and had a purpose. The communication was top notch. From letting the other guys know when cars were moving, starting and to the air pressure in my tires. They filled my washer reservoir, cleaned my windshield too. From beginning to when I left all the 3 young gentlemen were professional and very helpful! Thank you again!

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today! From the moment I pulled up until the time I left, I was taken care of every step of the way. Robert, the team lead, was absolutely amazing. He immediately made me feel welcomed, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and even helped me out with a discount. His customer service alone deserves more than five stars. Nathan was working in the upper bay and was incredibly thorough and detailed while inspecting my car under the hood. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made sure everything was looked over properly. Samuel was in the lower bay and worked quickly and efficiently alongside Nathan. The two of them made a great team and had everything running seamlessly. These guys truly are the dream team. They worked so well together, took excellent care of both me and my car, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would absolutely give more stars if I could. Highly recommend this location!
