Good oil change service

Have never been to this jiffy lube as I live in another city. I have to say hands down the best customer service has been this one and I think the staff should be recognized for an outstanding job and the lever of communication they gave was above and beyond!!

Stefanie was great! She gave me an estimate and then updated as my car was being serviced. Service was speedy and they got me on my way. Thank you!

Great fast and easy respectful honest company

Ive been going to jiffy lube for a couple years now and the Herndon and blackstone location is always very professional and nice. And they get you in and out. Great service

Initial greeting was a little slow but less than 5 minutes. Service was quick. After service was completed and I was in my car ready to leave a car was blocking the exit while agents changed the inside cabin filter on that car which took about 5 minutes.

Me and my husband went to have our oil changed and tires checked well they lost 2 of the custom tire valve covers . We made them aware of this and they bought replacements for all 4. Thought that was pretty awesome

Jiffy Lube on North Blackstone is awesome. They are the kindest and most professional. While having my oil changed, they checked my tire pressure, changed my windshield wipers, change a filter for me! I feel comfortable and safe driving away from there.They get you in and out of there fast! I appreciate them!

Technicians were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Oh, and quick. There was a quiet, clean, and pleasant waiting room, (which we were guided to by staff (Jared? - mgr.? Very good employee). Price was reasonable, and we were able to use a coupon we had found on the internet. Thank you all very much. We’ll be back!

I went for car inspection and I had a very smooth experience overthere. Everything was done while I was in my seat! I did not have to wait too long before they completed the process, have me pay, and gave me the papers. Staff were respectful and polite.
