I dropped by a few days ago to have my oil changed on my car and Robert went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service. He ran diagnostic on my car and showed me my old cabin air filter that was overdue for a replacement. I’d been to other oil change places before, but Robert’s service and knowledge stands above all other places I’d been to.

Best service hands down?? went in was greeted and they right away went to work on my car. Made sure everything was good and even showed me were my issues were. I will be back again for more service ??

Robert helped me out today with my oil service on my 2020 Mercedes Benz and he made it seamless and easy. He topped off my wiper fluid for me too, my refill light was on so he saved me another 4 bucks haha. Would highly recommend coming here and if Robert gets your car like all state said “you’re on good hands”

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They pointed out that my belt looked like it needed to be replaced, explained everything clearly with no pressure, and completed the work quickly. Service was fast and amazing. Robert did such a nice job very informative and even made sure my windshield was extra clean.

The team here was amazing. They fixed my splash shield right away, added clips, and didn’t even charge me. I’m literally never going to any other Jiffy Lube for an oil change after how kind and helpful they were!

Chris has been my guy for over a year now, and I can’t say enough great things about this shop. They always take care of me and never try to push upselling. They take a look over the entire car and always make me feel safe. I’m always in and out in less than 30 min! There is a Starbucks and a few food spots walking distance, which is really convenient. Definitely take your car here if you’re looking for a new spot.

The customer service and general kindness is exceptional at this location. The four men working the day I visited went way above and beyond to help me and make sure my car was safe and running smoothly. Their names were Aaron, Christopher, Carlos and Bobby. I usually dont write review but the kindness they showed me is so rare in this day and age that I felt compelled. Please give this location your business. They deserve everything good. :)

This Jiffy Lube, managed by Robert (and his team), is the best one in SoCal, imho. The attention to detail, lack of sales pressure, professionalism was quite unexpected and very much appreciated. I will definitely come back and encourage you to give them a try. Ask for Robert!

Went in today for an oil and fluid change in the car I recently bought. The staff did their job quickly and cleanly. I was satisfied. I recommend to everyone!
