First time going to this location and staff was very courteous and professional. As long as I've been taking my car to different Jiffy Lube locations this was the 1st time my windows were cleaned and car was vacuumed. It was refreshing to see such young men providing excellent customer service. Whoever is running this shop needs to give other shops pointers on providing excellent customer service. Thank you and I'll be back to seal beach shop.

This Jiffy Lube is a hidden gem… the staff are beyond accommodating, never pushy, and go above and beyond to create a great service experience. I’ve had my oil changed here multiple times and it is always a fantastic experience.

The guys are very nice AND it makes a difference! The transmission service was the reason I went in. I have an old car and we have been keeping it together by handling the services recommended with the small size of my wallet.

Great service all the personnel are very polite and attentive appreciated the Uber ride back home so I could continue doing my work. I would recommend checking with the driver on items that may have been replaced that they didn’t know of example windshield wipers, even though they are on the replacement list. They were both brand new as I replaced them on a road trip recently Just FYI

I have visited many Jiffy Lube locations. But I have to say the location in Los Alamitos has given me the best experience by far. The customer service, the attentiveness, the knowledge of my auto needs, not to mention the overall assurance that all my wants and needs were meet was impeccable and should be commended. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and every person on this team definitely deserves recognition. The person in charge of this location (Antwone) communicated with his staff so well and was on top of assuring that everything was complete. I watched as he welcomed and interacted with every customer, which truly shined bright as this is not something often seen at other locations. I highly recommend this location and I will be a returning customer
