Got an oil and lube; they were efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

The techs were fast and professional.

I’ve come to this Jiffy lube on Sunset blvd to get an oil change a few times. Never had any issues. I was helped out by Johnny. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend going here if you need a quick oil change.

Very helpful and fast… yet maybe too fast?? I thought they’d top off my fluids and when I looked at the paperwork , supposedly they did , but when I had my boyfriend check to reassure myself, they had NOT.

This shop did a great job on the Mini once they hot started. However I had to drive to AutoZone to pick up an oil filter, since they did not have one. I called the Silverlake JL shop 3 times prior to driving there, in order to make sure they had everything required for an oil change. They did not pick up .

I went to get my car inspected for Uber Delivery. They were friendly and courteous, and helped me right away.

I arrived 45 minutes before close time and loved how quick the first guy came up and asked what I needed. I wasn’t prepared and he was really patient and nice. I looked up for a coupon and the next guy came out and was helpful and friendly as well. I appreciate how quick & efficient the three gentlemen work together to do an oil change. I don’t live nearby the Jiffy Lube, but I would consider going back to take my other vehicle. Great good guys!

My go to for regular car maintenance! They always do a great job, communicate well, and make sure my car is running smooth so I stay safe on the road. I use my car for work full time and these guys always make sure it’s taken care of when I stop by. They’ve done multiple services for me, including brakes- excellent service.

These guys are as honest as it gets! I tried to tip for putting air in my tires but they wouldn’t accept.

They were so patient allowing me to use tons of gift cards for transactions. Super friendly group of guys!

This is one of my favorite jiffy lubes to come to. They are quick and direct, there’s no fuss and they’ll get you in and out. The staff is really nice and easy to work with.

Johnathan, Enrique, and Henry did an amazing job on my car. I had a few things I needed to get done and they did all that and more. I was nervous trying a new spot and these guys made me feel in good hands. Thanks again.
