Awesome crew in Palm Desert, didn't try and recommend stuff I didn't need. I'll absolutely use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Did literally a drive thru oil change had 5 guys working on my car..felt like I was in a commercial..lpl

Just bought my brother a used car from a family friend and just wanted to make sure we got on a maintenance schedule and have things checked out.

The service was good, I was disappointed that the machine to rotate my tires was down but stuff happens. Other then that I was satisfied with the service. These gentlemen did a good job and hopefully the next time I go back I can get my tires rotated. Thank you for the great service provided.

I arrived near closing time for an oil change and as soon as I pulled up the team was swift on their feet to provide services. They all worked together and communicated with each other in a professional manner which allowed me to feel that I was a valued first time customer. I give that team an A+. The shop was clean and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this location to friends and family. You get more than what you pay for at an average fair price. I did my research.

I just want to talk about the amazing service I got today from the jiffy lube staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Brian was an amazing help. Every question and concern I had was answered. He explained that my car needed other repairs and made sure they were going to be there whenever I decided to return. Will definitely recommend for people to come to this jiffy lube.

I visited this location with my son over the weekend, it was my first time ever at a Jiffy Lube. I was so impressed, I returned to have my truck serviced the following day. Straight talk: I come from parents who both served in the military. My own career took me into the US gov -- so I know what great team work and cohesive morale looks like. Clearly, this location exemplifies that achievement. IMO: There is very little room for improvement at this location (except perhaps the availability of coffee).
