I’ve had such a great experience here at JiffyLube Pasadena for my car needs. The staff is very hospitable and warm, while paying attention to the needs for my vehicle. Daniel, one the technicians, even drove through heavy traffic to pick up two filters that needed to be replaced. Martha, with just being here for 4 months, is exceptionally work oriented and organized. She took in my cars info and diagnostic needs very quick and was a pleasure to speak with. I am very very pleased with my time and business here. Thank you very much!!! 10/10 highly recommend.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, my review was proven partially incorrect when my check tire pressure light came on 15 minutes after departing from a tire rotation. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been coming here for years and have had a great experience each time. Go early on Sunday and you'll be there 20 min tops. This place is fire-and-forget. ????????

This is a great crew out here in Pasadena. Although there weren’t too many Kroe members, they still took care of me in a sufficient amount of time. I know I will be back in three months.
