Great service. Came in just expecting an oil change but they informed me of multiple things going on with my vehicle that could be fixed. All liquids were topped off as well which was cool.

Came into Jiffy Lube for a regular oil change with a car known for eating up oil. Kim in Miramar was kind enough to let me know that within 3k of getting an oil change you can come back to any jiffy lube and get up to 2 quartz of the same oil you originally got for free! Thank you Kim

This Jiffy Lube is my go-to location. It’s conveniently located, and the staff is always friendly. I especially want to give a major shout-out to the manager, Kim. She truly went above and beyond to make things right after an employee incorrectly reattached my oil drip tray following an oil change. Kim personally drove out to remove the damaged part, ordered a replacement, and had it installed immediately. I genuinely appreciate the care, accountability, and professionalism she showed throughout the entire process. Kim is exactly the kind of manager you hope to encounter—she completely turned a frustrating experience into a great one. Thank you, Kim!

I went into this Jiffy Lube before closing and was assisted by Naiomi and Junior. They were fantastic and professional. There were cars ahead of me and they both interacted and moved around the shop efficiently, smiling and with a sense of urgency. They made sure to answer my questions and send me on my way. They took their time, were incredibly thorough, patient, and respectful, and didn’t stop until they had real answers. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care is deeply appreciated. Have gone here multiple times for my oil change and tire rotation and they’ve always done a great job. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Also very efficient and never feel pushed into any add-ons. Go to oil change spot

I made a last minute decision to stop by for an oil change. Glad I did. It was indeed time. The guys were outstanding in every way with their recommendations and service. I definitely recommend them and will return for future service.

I went there to ask if I needed an oil change. They checked my oil level and condition, and also looked at some other fluids and told me that everything was looking good and that I could drive around quite a bit before needing an oil change. Did not charge a penny! Will go here once I do need an oil change!
