Stopped by today to get the car inspected and as usual by the best jiffy lube around they took the time and dedication to check every point of the car to make sure it’s up to safe and stable conditions for road use. Jose gave beyond exceptional service and made sure i got the service i needed and nothing less than the best. Brayden, Andrew and Jose were fantastic, polite efficient total pros on my Lexus suv oil change, got a new engine filter in there and answered all questions and were super helpful. Highly recommend!!

?????????? Absolutely the sweetest surprise of my day!?I stopped in today knowing absolutely nothing about cars (like, zero knowledge, zero confidence). All I needed was a little air in my tires and some windshield wiper fluid. From the second I walked up, Jose, Hugo, and the whole crew were so genuinely kind and patient with me. Not only did they take care of the air and the fluid in record time, they went completely out of their way to pop the hood and give my oil a quick check—just to make sure everything was safe and good. They explained everything in the simplest, sweetest way so I didn’t feel silly for not knowing. Then they asked if I needed any refreshments, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like I was the most important customer they’d seen all day. I was literally in and out in under five minutes, but I left feeling so cared for and happy. In a world where everyone seems rushed, these guys took the time to be truly thoughtful and made my whole day brighter. Their smiles, their patience, and their extra little touches honestly restored my faith in how nice people can be. Jose and Hugo—you two (and your amazing team) are absolute gems. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning a quick errand into something that genuinely made me smile for hours afterward. I’ll be coming back every single time I need anything car-related, and I’m already telling all my friends about you! I came in with a stuck headlight bulb out and the cap was stuck. Brayden was able to remove the cap and replace the headlight bulb really fast. When a different place couldn’t. I would highly recommended this jiffy lube for all your needs!

I needed tire pressure checked and Jose got me right in, filled my tires, and I was out of there in 10 mins. Exceptional service!

The assistant manager Jose was super friendly and helped me understand exactly what my car needed! So thankful that I didn’t need to drive my car into the bay and was able to wait at the Taco Bell nearby and have breakfast. My car was done so fast I didn’t even finish my food haha.
