Went to Jiffy Lube today on 190th and Crenshaw. And Peter and Justin helped me out. I shared with them some cookies. Cause the guys are hard workers and they really listened. And serviced my car with the must respect and it was very friendly, nice and kind. They got me in and out in a hurry, but was accurate in their duties. Thank you, Justin and Peter.

Peter is amazing I came here for an oil change and he told me I needed my spark plugs replaced, he was kind enough to order them for me I love his transparency I will definitely will be coming back. He also checked my tire pressure, my battery literally everything thank you so much.

I was helped by Peter and Cisco. They were both knowledgeable and speedy with the service. I originally came for an oil change; however, instead of milking for a sell they informed me about how to check for when my vehicle needs an oil change and mileage. They still left room for me to decide if I wanted to do that service though! I also appreciated the info on the specifics on Jiffy lube coupons (online and Groupon) just be very sure to read the small text because some of the coupons are location specific. Both very nice guys! Thanks

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. They clearly demonstrated and showed me the items that needed attention, which made me feel informed and confident in the services being recommended. The team was honest, efficient, and respectful of my time. I appreciated how transparent they were and that they took the time to answer my questions without pressure. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to others.I visited this location on Saturday before 11 a.m., and the service was excellent.

My dad loved this Jiffy Lube. He would bring all the family cars here. Now, I see why. A few months after my father passed I came by to get the oil changed on the family truck. I was thinking of him and knew he loved this place. As I pulled in I was greeted by Javi. A really wonderful and friendly mechanic who immediately asked me about my dad. I sadly informed him about his passing and we spent the oil change trading stories about my pops while fighting back tears. Fast forward to today and I came in for an oil change. I was looking forward to seeing Mr. Javi and trading stories when a really nice man named Peter approached me and informed me that he recognized my dad's truck and heard the news through Mr.Javi. He expressed his condolences and then went on to tell me how much everyone loved my dad as a customer and also that Mr. Javi recently joined my pops in heaven. The news came as a shock and I sincerely express my condolences to his family. As I sit here writing this I cant help but wonder and marvel at the incredible staff here. How lucky we are as people here in the south bay to have such a shop, where the staff remembers you even after you leave this world. They have customers for life now, I highly suggest you visit them for any and all oil change needs.
