Jiffy lube in W. Sacramento was so quick and efficient. All the staff was polite and courteous. Prices were increased due to oil prices, but i had a $35 coupon that helped! I will be a continuing customer.

Prices seemed fair for the basic maintenance.

The staff is very friendly and polite. The service is quick. I've signed up for emails and get discount coupons regularly. I use the West Sacramento location and they are always consistent. My only suggestion would be that they upgrade their POS so if you stay in your car while they service it, you could also stay in your car to pay. I would recommend.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and QUICK!! I was walked through everything they recommended for my car and did not make me feel like I was being pushed into anything I didn’t want to.

Fast oil change, The Stunning Female Technician at the front desk was Awesome she applied my 10% discount on my purchase and made sure I was squared away, the pit crew checked the undercarriage of my vehicle for any issues and topped off the fluids as part of the oil change Package. Thank you.

10 minutes is crazy fast . All of the gentleman and the young lady were respectful and responsible . I came to this location just because i was in the area, will make the drive again simply because of the delightful expirience

First time ever getting an oil change myself lol and they made it so easy and were so nice and understanding. Explained everything step my step and kept me in the loop. I went for just an oil change but they checked all the lights and filters and filled my tires up. It says 15 minute oil change but I swear they did it in like 10. Will continue coming here so quick and easy.
