The guy in the office was very professional

I brought my Prius in and they did the oil change very well and quickly - and they knew all about hybrid cars! One guy was particularly knowledgeable and he knew all about how to reset the Prius maintenance signal and what not. Not something all oil change people know. Pretty good location!

Pulled up around 3:00 pm for oil change and emissions test. The two technicians that I encountered were polite and professional. I brought in my wife’s Honda the day prior and same results as today. They had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Will return to this facility for future Preventative Maintenance needs.

I have been a Jiffy Lube Loyalist for many years. ( I drive 30 miles one way to have my car serviced.) It continues to be worth the drive, thanks to people like Tyler, who worked on my car today. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and responsive to my requests.

Customer service was great. Polite to customer. Big complaint, they had 4 plug in air fresheners going in the waiting area. Plug in air fresheners are highly toxic. My eyes were watering and I had to wait outside. Fortunately the wait wasn’t that long. For a non toxic alternative, use a diffuser with essential oil.

I highly recommend Jiffy Lube. They were very informative and friendly.

People here were very helpful and knowledgeable.
