I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube three times, and the customer service keeps bringing me back. Brandon, Juliet, Shay, Michael, and Jacob are all professional, friendly, and truly care about their customers. Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to automotive diagnostics and takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. The entire team works together to make the experience smooth and pleasant. If you’re looking for great service and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube team in Hiram.

I use this location for a small fleet of service vans and it is my favorite oil change here on the main strip

I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube in Hiram, and I want to personally recognize the manager, Brandon, and his team. From the moment I pulled in, the entire staff was professional, respectful, and supportive. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really educate me about my truck. Instead of just rushing through the service, he explained what was going on, answered my questions, and made sure I understood everything. That level of customer care is rare these days. I truly appreciated how he treated me with honesty and respect. By the time I left, I felt confident that I had made the right decisions for my truck. It’s clear that Brandon takes pride in both his work and his team, and it shows in the way the whole shop operates. Quick service. Unfortunately couldn’t rotate my tires due to size of my truck but they did recommend someone nearby.

We had our oil changed with another company however the following day we had a notification that our oil level was too high. We stopped by and they graciously took care of us by fitting us in quickly to drain excess oil. Highly recommend their service. Everyone is incredibly kind.

Staff was super nice and helpful. This is my second time coming and I’m always pleased at how they treat me.

I have a vehicle that is very near and dear to me. A lot of money has been invested in it and my mom bought it new in 2004. I do 90% of my own work including oil changes… UNTIL ! I found this location. I was about to hit the highway one day and didn’t have time to change my own oil. Me being as meticulous as I am with it I refuse to hit the highway without changing it. They knew what they were doing, they didn’t have that snooty arrogant attitude most lube shop employees tend to have. They told me what I needed but recognized that I am mechanically inclined so they didn’t push a bunch of products on me like most do. My wife and daughter also go here and they have the same experience EVERY time. As long as the staff continues to operate the way they do and the shop doesn’t take a drastic turn in services I will forever continue to frequent this location ONYL for their services. They are knowledgeable, humble and treat people no matter age, race or gender with respect and kindness. Keep up the good work. Me trusting ANYONE with this truck is a HUGE deal if you know how I am with it. It speaks volumes.

The absolute best place to get your car serviced. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and informative. They will literally sit you down and tell you about your vehicle and why it’s behaving the way it is! Shawn deserves a million stars! Best service ever! Thanks for treating us like family!
