I came in about a week ago for an oil change and a headlight bulb change on my mom’s vehicle. I was a little hesitant since it was close to closing time, but I was promptly greeted by Andrew who took care of me the entire time. He provided me with recommendations for services that I should pay attention to but weren’t absolutely necessary to get done right away. I did end up switching out my wipers as well as my existing ones were pretty pathetic lol. I greatly appreciated Andrew’s customer service and the work that was done on the vehicle. I’ve visited various Jiffy Lube locations in the past, but I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Thanks again.

Love the guys there, kept me laughing with jokes and were extremely informative/straightforward about what my car needed, why it is needed, and offer coupons to help bring down the overall cost to make it much more affordable than I expected. Trusting these guys with my car concerns from now on, would recommend ??

Stopped in for an oil change and the workers were very helpful. They were quick and the only extra thing they recommended was a $10 coolant top off. They even popped in a piece of my frame for free that had popped out!

Came here for a service today with my family cause of a trip and forgot my oil change and they were amazing their attention and service I recommend this place

I stopped in today for an oil change and I usually go to express oil change. When I pulled up I thought I was at chic fil a because the staff all of them were super nice, explained everything in detail and noticed express oil change broke my dip stick without telling me. While they insisted me to go back to resolve the matter, I liked their service so much I got it done here. This is a lesson of life, as long as you have a good team customers will always come and I'm coming from now on to this location in Kennesaw.

Calen and Jason were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I had a coolant leak, they took one look at my car and were able to find the leak immediately. They referred me to the closet auto part store and I was on my way. I had a long drive ahead of me, and they really came through for me at a critical time. Thanks guys!!!

These guys really impressed me most Jiify Lube‘s the people look like they’re just sitting there and they don’t wanna work too much but these guys not only did a great job. They open and close the door for me made me feel like a king and then offered us some good cold water

Quick ,fast and easy pleasant and easy to explain

Andrew did great today on my car he had me in and out in under an hour and was the only one working on my car. I got my oil change done and tires rotated and he even replaced my engine air filter.

Four hours from home, I was on a road trip to florida with my kids when my van started acting strange and engine light blinking. Luckily I pulled into this jiffy lube and all the staff started to diagnose and treat the trouble. They were very courteous and fixed my van and got us back on the road. Thank you!

Returning from Thanksgiving we suddenly had an oil light pop up. We saw a jiffy lube and turned in prepared to change the oil or whatever was recommended. Sam the GM was so kind and suggested just checking the level of oil rather than taking so much time and $$ if not necessary. Turns out all was fine for the rest of our trip to get home. He suggested our regular maintenance be performed and didn’t charge us anything. We could have spent so much time and money that wasn’t necessary if Sam hadn’t been so honest! It’s the Jiffy Lube on McClure Rd store #2312, highly recommend!

The one thing I love most about Jiffy Lube is that the advisors will always go out of their way to make sure you're aware of every opportunity your car has to improve and then they'll offer it to you. I love JiffyLube as a one stop shop for an easy oil change. I came by to get a Full synthetic update for my 2012 Hyundai and Antonio & Carlos checked my entire vehicle out to make sure things were up to par. They even offered and replaced a brake light that was out. Unfortunately the bulb was not the issue and the problem persists but it was the feeling of knowing that if I didn't have a Hyundai that probably would've solved my problem! They're always open to discussing costs and compensation and the guys had very easy dispositions. It was an amazing service experience. Thanks a ton Antonio and Carlos! I'll be back soon for a tune up.

The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Great atmosphere and they were very efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes with the oil change and tire rotation.

Excellent service and very friendly staff! I was in search of a place that does Lyft inspections. It was hard to find a site in Atlanta that actually does them. This kind and humble staff, graciously took me in. They were extremely hospitable from the beginning to the end of the process.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted by Matthew. He immediately told me there were some other things wrong with my car like my tires needing rotated and he didn’t feel comfortable sending me off without them being done. I explained to him that I had a tight budget and he worked with me! Fast forward to two weeks after my service, I started to notice a weird noise coming from my back passenger side. As the owner of an older car, I always get nervous when things like this happen. I went back to Jiffy Lube and Matthew got the problem fixed super quick! I appreciate that so much!
