Solid service and super friendly staff. They even explain the cost to you. I’ll be back. Just wish the waiting room had a few more chairs and WiFi.

this crew at jiffy lube is the best! they are quick and fun to talk to. the services are affordable and they don’t tell you things that don’t need fixing, only what they’d recommend. all of the workers are so knowledgeable and i know my car is well taken care of when i visit here.

What a experience..From start to finish all the technicians were friendly & informative. Yes it was busy, but they offered a choice to stay in the car or wait or even walk around. I normally go to places closer to Ewa but was at Pearlridge, now I will drive out here for our car needs. They even gave us snacks. Thank you, Jiffy Lube Aiea for this welcoming & relaxing experience for my family & I.

Employees that work here are super friendly and explain down to the details if needed what exactly happened during your visit. They give full break downs of costs and what was done before you pay. They are super quick with their work as well.

Best Jiffy Lube experience. I got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Customer service was great; general manager took the lead on my oil change and remembered my name throughout the experience which felt interpersonal. Will definitely return.

Came in for an oil change and I gotta say, Rogelyn is amazing, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking. She’s an absolute boss and should get a raise, an employee I would keep around. 10/10 will come back again!

Stopped in for an oil change. Expert service in all regard. Helpful and courteous staff made the visit exceptional. After a less than ten minute wait I was able to pull into their service bay. I stayed in the truck and was glad I did as the crew asked me about things I did not think of on my own like replacing air filters and getting tire pressure up to par. The gal who engaged with me was as hilarious as she was professional. She put me at ease given this was my first visit to this location. Recommend coming here if you need your car serviced. They are very much a very professionally run operation.

While JiffyLube can be a 3-4 star establishment, the people who work here really make it 5 star. They care, they treat everyone like family, they laugh, they work hard. Always love coming here.

Had trouble with my stuck oil drain plug today and went to this location for help. The team was very helpful and made the impossible task, possible !! Great customer service and always greeted customers with a smile. This location will be the only place I will take my vehicles to from now.

They were quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful right off the bat. I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and a safety inspection done and it was super reasonably priced. I recently had a terrible experience at Oil Changers in Aiea where I was the only car waiting for 30 minutes and nobody helped me despite people walking around and seeing me sitting there. However, at this Jiffy Lube they made sure to help every single person that was waiting right as they pulled up. I will 1000% be coming back, they have great people!

This is my go-to spot for oil changes and state safety inspections! The technicians are always pleasant to chat with and service is quick! I also appreciate that they drive my vehicle into the bay, which is my least favorite part about other service stations. Plus, they have a military discount!

Rogelyn at the Pearl Kai facility has excellent customer service and made sure I was aware of what was being done and why it needed to be done. They have fast, courteous service and I would highly recommend that branch

I come here regularly. The staff is great and kind. The service is generally pretty quick. I have tried other spots on the island but this location is always worth it.
