You pay for the convenience, not for the cheapest price available. Overall happy with my experience, I got both an oil change and tire rotation very quickly! Even on a Saturday at noon, I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Alex Chris and Sean at jiffy lube on route 62 and Crystal Lake road are the most amazing and thoughtful gentleman I have ever had a pleasure of dealing with!!! They took care of me like I was a family member, and explain to me exactly what they were doing why they were doing it and what to look out for in the future. These guys are something special, and it would be your loss by taking your vehicle anywhere else but the jiffy lube in Algonquin on route 62 and Crystal Lake road!!! I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else ever, not even the dealership!!! When I ever get a new vehicle, I'll let him know at the dealership I don't need free oil changes for life. I'd rather pay just to be able to deal with real people who treat you with the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism!!! I think we all can agree that most jiffy lubes should not get five stars. I've been to a few questionable ones and it has left a sour taste in my mouth in the past. But Holy Car Batman! This jiffy lube deserves five stars! I came in today because one of my cars was saying I needed to get my oil done and there was a leak in the driveway and I thought my car was leaking oil. They checked everything in that car and it turned out perfect. Light bulb went off in my head it was the other car that we owed. I told him I'd be right back if that was okay. Paid for the oil change that I got from the car they just inspected. And got my other car in there that didn't need an oil change. And they inspected that. And I had a fuel line leak that they were able to help me out with until I can get it to the mechanic. The shop went above and beyond for me! You do not get that at jiffy lube. But I got it here! The whole crew worked on both of my cars today so all of your employees that were there today are top notch and should be celebrated for making sure that we have the safest cars on the road and going above and beyond for your customers. Gentleman and scholars! Thank you guys for everything you've done for me today!!
