I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Alex and Mike. After completing my oil change, my car would not start and they went above and beyond by helping me diagnose why my car wasn’t starting. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the extra time and effort they put in.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that they gave me options and explained pros and cons.

I had a bent under carriage shield because of snow and decided to drive in to Jiffy Lube 30 minutes before opening. One of their employees came out 15 minutes before open hours and asked if I was okay. Shortly after opening, they took a look at my car, fixed it within 10 minutes, and didn’t even charge me! Super blessed by this business today!

Excellent service! I received a basic oil change and the team checked my tires and other important fluids for my car. Shout out to Hunter who greeted me, David who smiled, was professional and helpful. Also to all the team members who took care of my car. Very quick and friendly service! Was in and out on my lunch break-Sweet!

Not sure if there’s any management or not, but the focus of the employee seems to be way more on the customers coming in and less as if you’re in an annoyance for being there.
