Always a great experience at Park Ridge Jiffy Lube. The staff is friendly and they explain everything I need and don't sell me on anything I don't. They always give fairly quick service, even when they are packed. I would highly recommend their services.

Aidan and Joaquin provided excellent customer service and made our visit to Jiffy Lube such a welcoming experience. They were especially kind and helpful as I brought my daughter in with her car for the first time, making the whole process smooth and reassuring for both of us.

Usually I don’t leave reviews, but they really deserve it! They were very quick and efficient, I was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change, even though they were already busy! And on top of that, the staff was so kind, they even made my oil change free for Valentine’s Day ?? I will absolutely be returning ??

Having done my own oil changes I decided to give Jiffy Lube a shot,well I'm glad I did . Not only the staff friendly and polite I was back on my way home in 15 minutes, they informed me about my brake light and fluids which I will have done there including future oil changes.

These guys are very friendly and give the best customer service!! I got an oil change and they always update me on what they do and what my car needs. The workers are all so friendly and make me feel welcome every time. Ive been to other Jiffy Lubes before but this one on Higgins is much better and the only one I will go to for oil changes and other services my car might need. I highly recommend ppl to go to this one for best service!

Went in for an oil change and the staff were very nice and service was quick.

Convenient spot to do Uber testing but there is one employee in there (do not know his name) is not too good selling for the business, other than the ones on the counter they were very helpful, other places we have been to if there is an issue they can offer you to change a wiper or a light without telling you straight up that inspection failed. Other than that everything else went out smoot.

Just the best experience always there. They take the time to explain everything! Ben, Sam, and the entire team of mechanics are amazing.

I have been to this location a few times in the last year during the weekday for an oil change and each time the staff was friendly & knowledgeable and the service quick. Aida is super friendly and not at all pushy about services that might be needed and I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
