Jiffy Lube (Brownsburg) has a wonderful, kind, and considerate staff. I've taken my vehicle for oil changes, and most recently, for troubleshooting a tire pressure issue. I am so grateful for their knowledge and understanding.

A little pricey at 110 dollars for a full synthetic oil change, but it was worth it for getting it done in under 20 minutes. No waiting, no reservations. Friendly, helpful staff. Online coupons help.

Have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for over 20 years. The staff at this location is amazing. However, was told yesterday there is no longer a VIP discount of 20% for its customers. New owner in Texas. Not at all pleased about the discount being removed, especially when you’re a loyal customer.

Prompted professional service, fast service oil change time probably was within 15 minutes after car went into service bay. Mechanic noticed a few issues with car and brought to my attention to fix at a later time. Very courteous and efficient.

Great service, I asked them to fix a tire and they pulled it off and I could not be repaired. They sent me to Big O and I had a installed in an hour. Shout out to Big O as well!

Appreciate the quick experience and excellent customer service

Very efficient and friendly. Ordered and received the filter within 8 minutes. Installed it within another 5. Manager knows her stuff and commands her soldiers well and with respect. Was an encourager as well to newer employees.

Everything was great. Usually when I get oil change it is $20 less. I get my oil changed once a month because I drive over 5000 miles every month. But I appreciate they were quick, courteous, and reset my alert light without me asking.

They did a great job and were friendly. I threw a curve ball at them and brought them an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. But, they actually had the filters I needed and got it done without any issue. Price is a little steep for an oil change, $137, other then that, I’m satisfied.
