Great service! I had an honest mechanic, he took pictures and sent them to, I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the extra work my car needed, and my car was done before expected. I've already referred friends and will be going back myself.

I had my oil changed last week at the Goshen Jiffy Lube. I always have a good experience there and trust that they will keep my vehicles running the way they should. They are very polite and get you back on the road quickly.

The service was friendly, sufficient, and super fast and for a reasonable price! They also offer a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks while you wait. I appreciated that they were not pushy and it did not seem like they were trying to upsell anything. They explained everything clearly and gave me options to choose from. I even suggested that I get the most expensive full synthetic oil for one of my vehicles and instead of just taking my money he said I would honestly be fine with a synthetic blend and explained why. They also change your air filter, top off your windshield washer fluid, and check everything else. The air filter housing was damaged on one of my vehicles so they were unable to change it but the guy looked up used parts and gave me a price range so I would know what to expect if I wanted to get it fixed. I had an oil change for a 2014 Ford focus and a 2004 Honda Odyssey and both were in the $110-$125 range.

The guys are the Goshen location are great guys. Always taking care of me when I get truck serviced. They are very professional.

Very personable, helpful, have been going here for years.

These guys are amazing 10/5 stars if i could put it. I showed up end of the day no appointment needing some work done and they diagnosed my car gave me a great price helped me get a rental car and kept me updated with all the work they did. I dont even live in goshen and from my first visit knew they were a trustworthy crew. Im moving to Indiana and will be going to them for all my future car needs. Ive only heard great things about them and the crew is unmatched in knowledge and service for their customers. Plus free snacks while you wait

Professional service!

As with many others, I’ve been to hundreds of oil changing places, so I’m not just saying this and I get nothing out of it, but these guys were great. No BS and upfront with costs, intentions, and didn’t try to sell me an air filter. It was quick and painless :) also they were very kind and before I drive away I thanked them for being so nice! Wish the place near where I live in Texas was even half as kind!

I went in to have my brakes looked at and to have the noise in the back end fixed. The mechanic at Jiffy Lube discovered the the issue was greater than expected and told me he felt better to decline fixing my car and taking it elsewhere. He did not hesitate to talk with my husband when I asked if I could call my husband on speaker phone so he could explain the issue. The mechanic even took pictures on my phone to show my husband what the issue is. I would recommend taking your car there due to their high integrity and honesty. Thank you Jiffy Lube for your honest appraisal on my issue and your recommendation on addressing it.
