Doug and the tech were so friendly and straightforward. They explained everything clearly and greeted me as if we were a team working to solve a shared problem (oil change etc). My husband was on the phone with me as I waited, and my phone connected to the car as they turned it on. My husband could barely breathe from laughing because he heard the tech say "wow, this lady has NO GAS!" The tech and Doug both encouraged me to fill up ASAP and were so silly and cheerful. It was a positive morning. ??

Love Jiffy Lube

I had an oil leak and I was concerned my car was low on oil. I was 2,000 miles out from my next scheduled oil change with them. The specialists at Jiffy Lube noticed that something had come loose, possibly causing the leak. They cleaned up the problem area, tightened the loose part, and topped off my oil, all at no charge, since I wasn't yet due for my oil change. The employees here are always so kind when I visit, and I appreciate their fantastic customer service.

I’ve been using this location for 20 years. They always do a good job and are Often than able to handle things other than oil changes, including filters, tire, rotations, and minor stuff . Very happy with them

The manager and crew are always very friendly and helpful. Manager tells me what else I need but never tries to push an up-sell on me.

Everyone was very upbeat, professional, respectful, helpful, kind, supportive, great people skills, great attitude. A model environment for other Jiffy Lube locations . Good news about great customer service travels unfortunately slower than bad customer service, but I’d have to say I was treated like I was the only one being taken care of . Genuine customer care comes rare in times like these but i definitely would give it a 10 stars . Everyone should use their store for OUTSTANDING customer support and customer service.

This location is really good. I was able to stay in my car and that was awesome. The staff worked together very well and were great.
