Great service and the staff was very friendly

Very good customer service and did not have to wait long for my oil change

Staff was quick and courteous. Got in and out on a Saturday in about 10 or 15 minutes.

They were all kind and fast.

Elvis is a brother. I had to call his mom who told me that he has been transferred to Michigan jiffy Lube. I had to locate him there to get my car fixed because I trust his judgment.

They did great

My usual oil change experience takes over an hour. Very pleasantly surprised that this one took less than half.

The Jiffy Lube located at 86th and Michigan Road has a Wonderful Staff. Especially Jacarrie. If you want your car, SVU or whatever vehicle you have to be taken care of ALL your needs take it to them. You will NOT be disappointed. They are Professional, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. Also, they give you detailed information about whatever you need taken care of. Very Honest, Trustworthy and Cost Effective!

Yes that customer service is not bad. I tell my friends to go there when they need to change their cars oil.

This store does more of what Signature service offers than any other store in MN or IN that I go to!!! When COVID hit, we had to stay in our cars, so very little Signature services took place, i.e. vacuuming. We have been paying for a premium service and get little for it! This store at least washed my windshield, and checked air in my tires. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!!!
