They were helpful and quick they got us in and time went by fast but they got my coolant flush done and went an extra mile by washing down my engine because there was some spillage that happened and they let me know and let me know everything that happened and what was all wrong and fixed it highly recommended

Kind, they change the oil quickly…checked all my lights. In the winter they fill my tires free. They also helped me put on my liscense plate.

Quick to get you checked in. Keep u updated on things that may need attention. Make suggestions, but don't pressure you. Offer money off coupons at check out.Also give incentives for next visit!! A little pricier then I am use to, but Eric showed great customer service & the other guys were all on board as well. So I feel my 1st visit with Jiffylube went well & I am willing to carry on!

Had to replace the headlight assemblies on my 1998 gmc sierra and Tony didn't steer me wrong with what purchase so they could get it done. Loving my new headlights! Can finally see the road. Ty Tony.

We have been going to Jiffy Lube in Kendallville for years to get our oil changed. Customer service is always fantastic! Today, I was having trouble with my battery so decided to stop in and have them take a look. Their battery tester isn't working but they said they would look at it anyway. I was sure I needed a new battery so told them to go ahead and just replace it. After some poking around they discovered it was just a loose connection and I didn't need a new battery. They easily could have sold me a new battery but instead they tightened my connection and sent me on my way. 5 star service! Appreciate the help!

These guys are great, tires ,brakes, oil change, or anything needed. They are always knowledgeable, job done quickly and correctly. To be honest I don't even waste my time anywhere else unless im out of town and then it's only because I have too.
