Excellent work done. Came in because my battery died and I need an oil change, a college girl, and they did NOT try to trick or deceive me, they were completely honest and upfront about my car issues and I walked out with all my problems solved. Great service and time efficient. The main guy is extremely professional and kind. As well as all the staff.

Everyone was very friendly and fast. They did forget to reset the oil change alert on my dash but everything else was great.

Came in on a Tuesday after work, there was no wait and they allowed me to just wait in the car. The service was quick and well performed, Joe was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be returning for future service.

There are lots of places to get your oil changed. Jiffy Lube in Annapolis with these guys excellent experience service. I had a low tire pressure and pulled into a different Jiffy Lube and they are as expedient and as courteous I was very impressed.

Ricci and the rest of the team always take great care of me. They get me in and out and always go a great job!

Good service except the first vehicle i brought there for an oil change they wouldn't touch because the transfer case was leaking or something, which has nothing to do with engine oil. Second vehicle no issues, even with a hard to get at dipstick under the airbox and roll bar. Comfortable lobby with ChiveTV on the television.

Jiffy Lube provides efficient, friendly service. There price is competitive and they're usually running coupons. They even gave me a free engine air filter! b/c they knew I needed one.
