I went in early morning on Sunday for an oil change before I went on a ride to Philly and. back. I appreciated that the hours were as posted. The evening before I drove all the way to a place that closed an hour before their posted hours and 20 minutes before arrived there. Nasir (I really hope I'm not misremebering his name because I only read it on his name tag) was the customer facing employee and he had such a nice demeanor and energy about him, especially considering that it was early in the morning. He genuinely seems like a really kind and polite kid. The technicians serviced my car in an efficient manner, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely bring my car back to this specific location for services in the future.

I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Also didnt know i would get a car vacuum that was nice. I can't really speak on the prices because everything in the world is more expensive now, but I appreciated not spending hours waiting for an old change

The attendants were responsive to my request to change my headlights and when I mentioned that they were not working also checked my brake lights, informed me that those were inoperable as well and replaced them during the service.

I really do like the folks that work at this Jiffy Lube, they've been the same team (at least the visible guys) for the past few years. However, they are NOT fast. I know Jiffy Lube no longer has the 15-min oil change, but plan to be here at least an hour on most days. Friends have had bad experiences at other locations, so the plus is that these folks do the job right so I'll continue to go to this location.

Well run. It was very busy but they were courteous and helpful and did everything I asked. Free water. Warned me about my coolant system.

I came to Jiffy Lube for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone was helpful and my car was well taken care of. The oil change came with a vacuum and window clean.

I was hoping it would only take 15 minutes for the oil change as advertised, but it took a bit longer. All in all from me pulling in and waiting my turn in line until I got in my car, it took a little over an hour.

Was happily surprised at how quick and well done my oil change and service was after work before a holiday. Car sounds great and the price was EXCELLENT
