Very helpful, got oil change and light’s changed in a timely manner

wonderful service from chandler !!

I needed premium synthetic oil for my jeep. Chandler made a special trip to another store in Independence to get 5 qts for me. He took excellent care of me!!! Definitely did a great job. Would highly suggest checking them out

William and Dalton did a wonderful job with our car! Took 15 mitnues and they kept us informed on everyrhing they were doing the entire time and double checked with us and made sure we were aware of every charge before going forth with the job!

Damion, Will, and Dalton did a fantastic job. Damion greeted me right away. He also made sure that I got exactly what I needed and requested. Didn’t try to upsell me with unnecessary upgrades. Will did a great job explaining product options and Will let me know that part of my skid plate was missing and helped me identify the part I needed to order. I was in and out super quick. The staff was wonderful and efficient. They quickly ran to get the parts my Mini Cooper needed, changed the oil, and had me back on the road in no time.

The kittens are so fun and yet so professional here! You do not have to worry about some bonehead selling you something you do not need. They won't overinflate your tires..they have a way cool digital air pressure guage attached to the air hose. Here's the best deal-they are fast like Speedy Gonzolas so you will mot be camping there all frickin day.

My undercarriage cover came free on the highway and was hanging when I arrived at a doctors appointment today. The guys at jiffylube (I asked their names but am really quite terrible with remembering names. Sorry guys ?? I believe it was Chase or Chandler and David) were quick to get me in to reattach the cover. They even helped get the car in the garage when I was to anxious about catching the hanging cover on their equipment. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and quick throughout. Thank you both for completely turning around a stressful situation and saving the day.
