I brought my car in with no notice to see if they could do an oil change today. And Shane was super nice and told me absolutely, right after they finished with another vehicle. He wasn’t lying! They got me in so fast and then when Gabe came in to go over my car’s report with me, I was anxious and prepared to have to say “no” to a bunch of upsells and half-truths. Unfortunately it’s something I’m rather used to having to do because car shops tend to try to take advantage of my gender and assumed knowledge base (it’s an accurate assumption but not the point lol). So to say that talking with Gabe was refreshing is an understatement. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, but he was completely transparent with me, something I haven’t ever experienced anywhere else. He took the time to explain everything, let me ask a bunch of questions, and there were things that the report said required “immediate attention” and Gabe reassured me that those things are actually not needed until later in my car’s mileage and gave reassurance that it’s okay to hold off on and told me when he would recommend it done based on how he would treat his car. He was also very open and honest about how much the windshield wipers would cost when I inquired, and told me about their other services without any of the pressure I usually feel, especially because as he was going over them, there were services that he told me I didn’t need either at this time or for my car type. Can you believe that? He didn’t try to make everything sound like my car *had* to have it. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate Gabe’s honesty and work-ethic. He is literally the sole reason I’ll continue to take my car to that specific Jiffy Lube.

Very personable staff. Was needing to get my car inspected to get my tags. Was able to get me right in. Paul then explained that my car passed inspection but did need a couple things done, which can be done at a later date. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I had a great experience here at Jiffy. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was quick and straightforward. There were no hidden fees and no pushy sales pitches, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Thank you to Gabe, Shane and Paul ?? I went in due to a flat tire on my back drivers side of the car. The got me in quickly and found the issue which ended up being a nail in my tire. They got me all fixed up and on my way! Very friendly, very quick reasonable prices.

They got me in for an inspection and even fixed my serpentine belt all in 45 min! They were all very nice and professional!

I brought my vehicle in to have the engine mounts repaired, and the experience was excellent! The team diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed faster than I expected. The work was done professionally, and my car runs so much smoother now. On top of that, the price was significantly lower than I anticipated. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jiffy Lube exceeded the five stars today for maintenance work on my car! I had some extras that needed attention for replacements and they were able to meet all the expectations of maintenance that my car needed in a jiffy. Thank you Jiffy Lube for doing a speedy and great job! And thank you, Gabriel, for being honest.

My first visit to Jiffy Lube~ won't be my last one either. I've always taken my vehicles to the dealership (re: warranties, etc...). I saved a lot of money going to Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Gabe, for your professionalism, kindness, and honesty regarding the issues I need to address. I never felt pressured to purchase an additional service; yet, I felt what was addressed was the most significant. I won't hesitate to return!

Everyone was super friendly, and I was able to get out of there pretty quickly.

I went in there having had a flat tire and they immediately ordered me two new tires and rims because mine were bad and as soon as they got them and they called me, I went up there and in a very short time they had me ready to go and my baby had two new shoes. They were so polite and so efficient and I left their very happy and very grateful. Thank you.

Defiantly take your car to this Jiffy Lube, I was just there and needed some panels put on my window and Nick definitely hooked me up and did a great job, they look super fabulous now! Thank you so much! Almost the first we came was with my mom and Gabe worked on on her car and also did a fabulous job! Grateful that after I went it was a great experience both times, definitely recommended

I would highly recommend! I had several things I wanted to be looked at on my car. They were incredibly kind and fixed everything in the same day. They even offered to stay a few minutes after close so I could pick up my vehicle. Incredible service and kind staff! I will be a returning customer.

I took my car to get it inspected and there was a lot of cars in the parking lot and I wondered are they gonna be able to fit my car in today? At about 530 I get a phone call that says it’s gonna be just a little bit longer and then I get a phone call from Jiffy Lube telling me my car is ready. So I arrived in at about 620 and find out that the inspection technician should’ve been off work a while ago, but stayed late to take care of my car. Excellent service and excellent customer service going above and beyond.
