I love this Jiffy Lube. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was seen within 20 minutes. I was nervous because my husband usually takes the cars in for oil changes and such but you know life happens and I had to do it. I was worried I would be talked into extras like the filter or something else. But no, this Jiffy Lube and the staff were completely honest and respectful. I only needed an oil change and thats all I got and no one tried to talk me into extras. I will be coming back when it's time for my oil change. I can trust this business and the staff here.

Love going here I always go to the one by IHOP guys here are always friendly and prompt always have a welcoming atmosphere and don’t try to sell me anything I don’t want

First time visiting the Jiffy Lube on North Reserve Street, and it definitely did not disappoint! Pretty much curbside service, and it only took about 15 minutes. I’ll absolutely be going back—thanks to the team for the great service!

It was a smooth time with jiffy lubes in Missoula. Marvin was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with my car and the services were quick and efficient.

I was impressed with the staff! I usually feel like I have to be on the defensive because I don't know a lot about auto mechanics. I appreciate not being talked at like I'm completely ignorant and gullible. I will definitely go back for my next oil change!

These guys were great! I went in without an appointment and they were very helpful. They checked everything, changed my oil, and helped me with battery replacement. They checked with me before any services, so there were no surprise charges either. The staff was super kind, knowledgeable and efficient! I will definitely use this business again!

I took out my phone to show my 15% discount coupon, and your staff said they would input it when they finished the oil change and checked me out. I forgot, and the staff member (a different person) did not ask if I had a coupon. Unfortunate for me that I had a short-term memory lapse; but also disappointing that staff did not ask me if I had one. Prices have also gone up.

Jiffy Lube on N. Reserve is my new go to place for basic car maintenance!!! They didn't try to upsell me and create bullshit repairs and parts needed. Or at least not to the degree that their competitors at Firestone do. Jiffy Lube 5+ ?

I just moved here from Tacoma, Washington and this location has had the best customer service I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube. The guy at the customer service desk was more than willing to answer all of my questions and tell me what should be the next service done on my vehicle without pushing it on me. This will be the only place I go in Missoula, Montana
