This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube Cornelius and it was an excellent experience. Professional, friendly and efficient service. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I requested an air filter but the technician showed the filter to me. It didn't need replacement. Honesty & integrity.... great stuff. Thanks!

Growing up, my mother loved and trusted Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately, I had an extremely bad experience many years ago at a different location. After almost 20 years, I decided to take another chance on Jiffy Libe in Cornelius for an oil change and car inspection. I am so happy I did! Manager Shane went above and beyond to offer superior customer service during my visit. He was patient, friendly, and HONEST! He made sure I was well educated on what my car needed and encouraged me to utilize available coupons for my oil change. My tires did not pass inspection. Shane took the time to search for the best option for me. After doing my own research in the area for two days, I quickly learned that NOBODY could beat the price he quoted. Although I only needed two new tires to pass inspection, I PURCHASED THREE NEW TIRES. Shane is a RARE FIND THESE DAYS! His professionalism and commitment to customer fairness and satisfaction are quite impressive. Magnificent work, fairness, honesty, fast and friendly service! My expectations were EXCEEDED! I highly recommend Shane and the Jiffy Lube team in Cornelius, NC! You will NOT regret it!

The Customer Service was EXCELLENT starting from the time I drove up! I was met at my van, and greeted. I was also escorted to the waiting room.

Service Techs were friendly and they went out of their way to make sure we were informed.

The jiffy lube on Catawba in Cornelius always takes care of me. Bobby the manager is very detailed and checks other things for me and they're polite and as a woman I get educated about my car by them. Not all jiffy lubes give good service but this one is A+. Thank you.

came for inspection, left feeling better about humanity The inspection was soo quick and easy. they even charged me a lot less than I thought Id have to pay! There were 3 dudes there and they were all super cool and nice. I think Brandon did my inspection and he was great. Jeff at the desk really made my day though. He noticed my anime shirt and he excitedly told about the ones hes been watching and it was just so wholesome and a great interaction.
