I arrived at 8am when the shop opened and was greeted by Dylan. The cameras in the lobby made it very clear that there were 2 other service techs in a back room texting and enjoying their coffee while this young man hustled. I go to Jiffy Lube every 5000 miles and love it when I’m lucky enough to get a great technician and great customer service. Dylan provided both today. Thank you.

The guys were very nice and did make up for the hour I spent there, thinking it was only going to be approximately 15 minute per the website, but I still missed an appointment due to the delay. Otherwise very happy. Thanks.

I came into the Comanche/eubank store with maybe twenty minutes until close( I wouldn’t normally be that asshole but my car was out of oil and it was the third time I’d added it myself). I was politely and professionally greeted as if I was their first customer of the day. They worked skillfully and with haste while thoroughly examining my engine making me aware of other issues I need to have assessed. Dylan was my cashier and even though I expressed my guilt for coming so late he reassured me they were happy to help and it felt genuine. They finished at 5:59….Already loyal to this store they only solidified that decision even more. Only I won’t come in the last hour they’re open anymore to express my gratitude. Thank you guys 6/5 ??

I came in for an oil change and I did need a tire rotation but came late enough in the day that I thought they may not have time and planned on doing it later in the week. Time was made and I got both done. One employee came to let me know the price before proceeding which I found very thoughtful. I need full synthetic oil because I have a foreign vehicle so I already knew that my bill would be pricey. They also recommended some coupons when 8 was about to pay. Usually don't see that kind of customer service. Great Jiffy Lube!

Fast and courteous service

The men were very friendly/ professional. Disappointed for 2 reasons: 1) you send me an email with a coupon that I find out, after service is performed, can't be used, & 2) want to replace 2 hoses & a radiator flush to the tune of $600+. I know it's not that expensive to do that work.

Nice quick oil change …sad that they didn’t clean the windows or vacuum the car

I needed some receipts of previous oil changes, for my extended Warrenty. My car is currently in the shop, so I wasn’t able to physically walk in. When I called I talked to a Manny that was incredibly helpful, and since I couldn’t go in to pick them up, he took pics of them for me and text them to me. What a great employee to go above and beyond for the customer

Went in for an oil change today and Manuel was amazing! They were working on a different car when I got there so I didn’t mind the wait (it wasn’t long either) they gave us the free inspection and didn’t try to upsell or anything and helped finding us the best possible price. Service overall was very fast, good and genuine. I recommend this location and will be returning!
