The service and its personnel are Very kind and Great Customer Service and All Around,Generous People. I Very Much Love All the services that they have done for me through out the years and even more Outstanding work and workers now.Also the manager Amanda,is the Best Manager I have seen there,in years,Wonderful person.

Lightening fast

I had my battery changed. They where nice enough to change the battery without us having to wait for all the oil changes ahead of us. We had an emergency in Reno.

I took my car in for an oil change and the guys were awesome! They were fast and explained everything that they had checked and done!

The guys and gal were great, they changed my oil, checked my air filter, and wiper blades did the tire rotation in a jiffy, my baby enjoyed watching through the window thanks guys

Guys were very polite and helpful. They explained all work that had been done..

They got my car serviced a lot sooner than I expected them to (they gave me an ETA of 45 minutes and were done in about 30-35) and they didn't try to upsell me any BS I didn't need. They told me problems they noticed and recommended, and the price was decent enough for all the things they did.

The young men working there were professional, knowledgable, and ready to work.

Quick and easy. Dropped off my car for an oil change while I got something to eat nearby. They inspected the car and alerted me to other things that should be addressed, but didn't do anything without my permission which is appreciated. Only downside is the fee. Even with coupons an oil change is over $100 which is absolutely absurd in my opinion, but that has nothing to do with the service I received today from the associates.

EZ & PZ. Walked to Walmart in Fallon and came back to an old truck with new oil, tires inflated to proper levels, a lube job, and all fluids topped off.

I had quick, friendly, and thorough oil change, a change of filter that was delivered from auto services on a matter of minutes. I also had a window washed and clean for visibility on the road. The staff was kind and thoughful of driving jeeds and minful of safety on the road. Thank you for the great experience at my Jiffy Lube here in Fallon. I also love to return here everytime for the services they offer.

Quick and professional

Everyone was super friendly, helpful and explained everything as they went. If I had questions, no one got upset or anything. Very pleasant experience. They quoted me over $100 for oil change. I had coupon for $30 off, then said around $70. Once I was done, I still paid over $100 after the $30 coupon. They were quick and efficient. We were able to stay in vehicle while it was serviced.

The men tried to explain what needed to be done, I didn’t have a clue what they were talking about, so I asked if they would talk to my husband. Problem solved and they did what needed to be done. Thanks men for doing the work and being so respectful.
