Nathaniel was a huge help. I heard about a student coupon from UNR so I went over and was able to see what needed to be done for my car. Nathaniel wasn’t pushy and let me know that while he recommended the services, they were totally optional. I ended up getting everything done because at that price it wouldn’t have made sense to wait and end up doing it later anyway. Will absolutely be going back next time I need anything done.

I just had a great experience with Nathaniel and his team at the Meadowood Jiffy Lube location. They were short-handed and had every right to be stressed but handled things to the best of their ability. Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today. I can always go back later in the week and ask him to reset the dash or go to another Jiffy Lube location and perhaps they can reset things there. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Keep up the great work over there.

Nathanial super helpful. I had problems with my car and he was able to get me taken care of in 30 minutes. I came from California not happy about the things my car was doing and I left the shop in the greatest mood. I can now drive back home thanks to Nathaniel’s brilliancy and knowledge on cars thank you Nathaniel. You deserve nothing less than greatness.

Quick services friendly staff

this was the first time i enjoyed getting an oil change. the guys there were all great and the way they do it as a team was something you dont see much anymore. this will he my go to spot from now on.

Amazing fast service

I had to cancel my appointment to get an oil change yesterday because of the snowstorm and didn't think they were open , and when I got to Jiffy Lube today asked them if they had been open that day since some businesses did close. Amazingly they were open and I could have driven there anyways, but not a big deal, I was able to schedule an online appointment very easily. I'd been here before and decided to write another review as I occasionally do because sometimes customer service differs or the service might change somehow but not here! They were as friendly, customer-service oriented as always, and makes one feel like a VALUED customer which is rare these days. Mornings are usually really busy so I opted for a late afternoon appointment and was immediately greeted by a worker who asked if I wanted to wait in the car or wait in the lobby, and I always wait in the lobby. As usual a couple of staff members showed me what my car needed and I opted for more coolant and a new air filter in addition to the high mileage oil change. I'm glad they check everything like that because I'm not always aware of these things. The lobby is ALWAYS spotlessly clean as is the rest room, and I was surprised when literally, ten minutes or less later, a worker told me, " Your car is all done" and it was pulled out to the front parking area. I was like, WOW. Now that's fast service! The whole staff worked on the car. I was also really happy to see they have a female staff worker there too, I love seeing more women in automotive services. Everyone was very friendly as they have been in the past, I was in and out of there ( no pun intended haha) in a jiffy, I paid, and drove off, and will return here the next time I need an oil change and some other minor services. Just really friendly, great customer service. I couldn't ask for anything more. Very reasonable prices for everything too!

I just visited your Jiffy Lube. I was immediately greeted by William with a beautiful smile and excellent customer service. The entire team was very professional and efficient on time I was in and out and everything was explained thoroughly. This team was amazing and I will be sure to be back.

I came into Jiffy Lube today for a smog test and was serviced by Marco. He was so very. Kind to me! I WILL come back to this particular location JUST because of him being so nice, and polite and helpful! KINDNESS coupled with professionalism is in my opinion top tier! Kindness goes a LONG way, and people will always remember it. I know that I do. There's a Jiffy Lube literally down the road from where I live, but I will come back again to this location, which is just maybe 5minutes out of my normal commute. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

My recent visit to this Jiffy Lube was amazing! Nathaniel took care of me and let me know about an awesome educators discount as well as when my upcoming coolant flush is needed. Edgar and Joseph helped too and went above and beyond making sure to check my tire pressure as well as make sure everything was quick and clean before sending me on my way. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube and will be coming back next time.
