This was my first time at the Central Ave location, as the Delmar Jiffy Lube has now closed. I went for an oil change and torn wiper replacement. Brianna did an excellent job describing the service and explaining my options. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable, which I appreciated, as it has informed me for future maintenance.

I trust Hoffman Jiffy Lube because they apparently train their employees well, unlike other oil-change enterprises… which have caused expensive mistakes and not stood behind their work. I have found Hoffman’s Jiffy Lube to be very professional and reliable.

The service was very good, and reasonably quick. But the wait time to enter the bays was over an hour and some bays were empty. This is common at this location and indicates staff shortages.

The staff is very friendly! I had a coupon, which accounts for a solid value. Coupons are pretty much always available!

Generally a good location to have your vehicle's fluids needs handled. Staff do a very good job at keeping things moving along but not rush through the jobs which is good.

Even though there was a mix up with the type of service I was getting the staff dealt with it promptly and professionally. I consistently go to this jiffy lube for my inspections and oli change and I will continue to do so.
