Customer service was great! I went in for a routine oil change but also had some additional maintenance done. Alyssa made sure I was informed each step of the way. The only thing that made me give 4 instead of 5 stars was whoever was in my car/doing the work left the floor mat on the driver’s side quite dirty.

I went to the Commack Jiffy for an oil change, and to my surprise, they fixed my wiper blades as a courtesy without me even asking. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful! Thank you!

Sanara the manager was very helpful and made the experience convenient. Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation and was out a few minutes later. Prices are reasonable and average for services. Would recommended.
