Great service. Above and beyond always. I was in and out without pushy sales. The manager Ty is the man.

Tay and Edwin are so nice and professional! I came in today to check my rear differential fluid and they also checked my oil level and anti freeze & washer fluid. They were such a great help! I’m coming back to get an oil changed soon and I’ll also recommend people to this location! Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Great service. Friendly technicians

I was pleasantly surprised by this little location. The tech I spoke with on the phone confirmed the lift was working when I needed my tires rotated. I usually go to the other Jiffy Lube in Floral Park and their lift was not working. The tech was waiting for me when I got there and took my car right away. The techs who work there are quick and efficient. I was out in :10 and was not upsold anything. I would definitely go back!

Tyrone & his crew do wonderful work. I went in for an oil change was done in 15 minutes. I decided since the service was so good I let them do my inspection on both my vehicles. I was even informed I had recalls on my vehicle. I love this Jiffy Lube keep up the good work!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! Edwin, Tyrone, Gabriel, and Wilven were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and very attentive. They took the time to explain everything about my car and made sure I understood the services being done. They worked efficiently as a team and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest and hardworking people you can trust with your vehicle, but these guys definitely earned my trust. I always love coming to this jiffy lube for an oil change the manager Tyrone is amazing and through with all the work he does as well as all the workers at this establishment Pamela, Gabriel Edwin and Javier are all such amazing workers who get you in and out quick. If you want your oil change done right through and quick I recommend stopping by the mineola jiffy lube

I went in for an oil change and it was super quick. The guys were all really helpful and let me know 2 other things noticed that I might want to have completed. It was such an easy process with really kind workers. I'll definitely be back.

The manager, Tyrone and his staff were so nice to me. I came in for an oil change. When I went to start my car, my battery died. Tyrone went right into action and gave me a boost. He had to clean the acid the pulled up on the battery enabling him to successfully charge the battery. He ordered a new battery for me. I was able to come back in my break 3 hours later (I work in the neighborhood), he and Gabe graciously changed it for me. They took their time and handled me with care. It was a battery experience as I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Tyrone forget advice me that I needed to get battery terminals. What a nice crew Tyrone has!!

The service at the Mineola Jiffy Lube is exceptional. The workers were kind, helpful and professional and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Overall, this is an example of a very well run business that works hard to ensure their customers leave happy.
