Excellent service every time we visit!

On my most recent visit, I didn't actually get the service I came in for but I did get integrity. My car was telling me to get an oil change so I stopped by. A tech checked the car over and told me that the message I was seeing was automatic and not triggered by a sensor or anything. The oil in the car was still fine and service wasn't necessary. So he topped off the other fluids and sent me on my way, no charge. Thank you nice and honest technician (whose name I did not get... I'm so sorry!)!

They were very personable and helpful. It took less than 10 minutes once my car was in the bay. I was there for a total of 20 minutes. It was the easiest oil change.

I was really amazed at how fast that I was in and out. I’ve been to the store previous times and the manager always tried to upsell me on other services that he claimed I needed. This time the manager didn’t do that. He and his staff changed the oil quickly and efficiently. I even had an air filter that I bought another location and they installed it for me.

Came for an oil change and it was so fast and thorough! They also filled my tires and windshield wiper fluid! This is such a great place.

There were no other cars in line. The service was extremely quick. I was actually shocked. The attendant said yes, that why we are called Jiffy Lube. I said surely.

I've been taking my vehicle's to Jiffy lube. Primarily Wilmington Pike Kettering. As a former auto technician I know what and what not to do, and I must say my vehicle has always had the oil at correct level. Along with topping off the others. Always respectful at this location and my wife and I will continue to bring our vehicles for service. Thank you!

Im from NY and was there for a cple days. I needed an oil change and when they popped up I found a digital coupon and drove right over. I was literally in and done within 15m or less. Friendly and proof. Thank you
