From beginning to end the Jiffy Lube employees did a fantastic job. The Asst. Manager, Maurice provided outstanding customer service and very professional. The two other employees Jesse and Ameer were just as friendly and professional. From now on I will be coming here for oil changes just because those guys made it so easy. I couldn’t have been happier.

I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy extra products—just honest, straightforward service. They were extra thorough and safety-focused: filled my tires, checked all my lights, showed me the oil level, and made sure I was getting the correct oil for my vehicle. Overall, excellent service and a great team. I’ll definitely be back!

Great professional and courteous team of workers I encountered today at the Diamond Center Mentor location of Jiffy Lube .Curtis P. , Jessie J , and Ameer W. Were the team that worked on my oil change ( I was able to find their names on my bill ) my memory isn't that sharp . Lol . I'll be back in the future, thanks guys for a great job .
