Always excellent service!

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for about 8 years now, and have never had a bad experience. Super kind and friendly employees who are willing to do whatever they can for the customer. The service is always quick and done perfectly. And they have free sodas and sometime popcorn!

The jiffy lube on harvard in tulsa is the greatest. They always do a perfect job and are informative and its affordable. The atmosphere is welcoming with popcorn and drinks id pay anything for their cold pineapple fanta lol. But seriously their great highly recommend.

This is the best Jiffy Lube in Tulsa! The Manager, Rebecca, and Assistant Manager, Devin are both personal and very personal and gracious! I recently brought my truck in after an oil change because I was getting a low oil pressure alarm and suspected it might be a bad filter. They pulled it on the rack, swapped out the filter, and topped it off with oil no questions asked. It did not cure the alarm, so I took it to a mechanic and found out the sensor was bad. Great people willing to help solve a problem!

This location is my favorite, the employees are always very kind and make me feel like family! I live 0.5 miles from another Jiffy Lube, but will drive out of my way to go to this location!

Whenever I heard one of the workers claim, they had the best crew in Tulsa out of the other locations, I was unsure how accurate that was. But by the end of my visit, I understood and couldn't agree more. I've been to several different jiffy lube locations, this one is top notch. I felt like everyone there enjoyed doing their job, they were all polite and professional. There was solid communication regarding what they were doing, how long things would take, and cost. They even showed me that the oil had been filled to full by showing me the dipstick after wards. They went the extra mile by securing a piece of plastic on my car, that had been dangling there for months, and I didn't even need to ask, it helped me out a lot. I had been told there was a leak in part of my engine, that it would need to be repaired, but they looked at it and let me know it wasn't major. I had several questions regarding my car, and they were all answered fully, I wasn't made to feel like an inconvenience.

As always, they take such good care of me. It was weird my Oil light came on and I popped in there. I thought maybe something was up but it was a little low. I wasn’t due for another change, but I went ahead and realized I needed to get wipers anyway so it’s so nice to be able to get in get out and get what I needed they’re always such a blessing.

Quickest oil change around. Only place I take my truck. The team there is way more than 5 stars. I love Rebecca! She's the sweetest!
