Great first impressions. Shop is clean and well organized. Staff worked excellent together. I was fully informed of my options for services and pricing. Work was performed with excellence. The manager John was excellent when it came to pay the bill. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of. Highly recommended.

I ALWAYS go here for my oil change. The staff may change, but the service is always knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. They don't take advantage of you by selling services you don't need. They show you the old dirty filters they replace. AND you can watch them work. I recommend Jiffy Lube.

I went for an oil change for the first time this morning. It took 15 minutes. It's right next to my house. They are very kind and polite. They deserve 5 stars.

I went there because my headlight bulb was out, called ahead of time and they told me they were able to fix it. While I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked to, it made sense because let me tell you they were BUSY!!!! I just happened to come at a busy time, there were probably 7 cars in line for an oil change. But I like to recognize good customer service and everyone who worked there was handling the rush extremely well navigating these cars and making sure to speak to everyone waiting. I was honestly impressed how well they were handling this rush. Also I have a Subaru I know the headlight is not easy to replace and they did it! Also I didn’t pay nearly as much as I thought I would have to after all that work it took them to replace my headlight. I wish I got their name because they did an excellent job. Most other places require appointment ahead of time for something like this and I just went in and got it fixed. You guys are awesome
