I went over a curb with my mom’s Lexus while in town visiting and it ripped part of the plastic lining out that protects the engine. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube and they kindly secured it free of charge. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team showed excellent teamwork and communication from the moment I arrived. The technician took the time to point out a few services that were necessary but that I hadn’t even thought about, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff worked efficiently while making sure I felt informed and comfortable with the service being done. Overall, the professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Jiffy Lube to family and friends!

The guys at the Mount Pleasant location today were wonderful and took care of everything I needed! I felt like a VIP, they were so attentive & clear which was much appreciated! This'll definitely be my go to oil change/wiper blades/air filter/coolant stop from here on out!
