Jiffy Lube on Wilma Rudolph is my place to go when Asking some questions about my car. If they can’t do it, they also give recommendations to certain places or How they would do it. And I like how they explain everything give me tips on how to Maintains service in between services.

Service was performed by an all female crew, except for one male down in the bay. And they did a great job. Oil and filter.

They performed a quick scan for me to determine if I needed to seek out a full-service mechanic. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help me figure out my next steps. Thank you to the JiffyLube on Wilma, in Clarksville, TN! The gentlemen there are nice and very informative! I went there for an oil change and left with more. They actually showed me my filter and had one ordered for me to put in my vehicle. I would’ve never known about it. Thank you for your transparency and professionalism. I’m comfortable now taking my vehicle on the road for the holidays!!

They were very busy when I arrived. However with 40 minutes I was out and on road again..I was offered water...sure miss the coffee while waiting..

Quick and Easy.

11/17/2025 just got rear rotors/brakes replaced and it was about $420 (ha) with military discount. Budget and Firestone quoted 725 per axle so it’s the best bang for your buck. Took about an hour and a half, and that’s with them driving to go get some parts too. They checked in with me frequently saying “hey we’re not just standing around, we’re waiting on our guy to get back” which was a nice gesture. Torqued to spec and all that jazz.
