Great experience today!!! Tony, Angie, Frank, Torris ( I think I spelled everyone's name right) did awesome. I was happy.

Back story: About a week & a half ago, I discovered from an inspection that I have 5 fluid leaks. I knew about 2 of them. I had to wait two weeks out bc they were backed up due to the winter storm. As I am used to checking/filling my fluids each morning, I accidentally over-filled the oil well above the line. I wasn't certain how dangerous that might be so i decided to go to the nearest place for an oil change that was needed, anyway, to offset my error. I was glad it was close to where i live. The experience: I arrived around 7:30 am bc i was actually on my way to work & never planned on making any stops until my car could get looked at. As I pulled up, the employees opened the gate for me to drive into the bay. They immediately witnessed my smoking car & said I needed to replace the oil gasket. The 1st things I noticed while talking to them (Mr. James & Ms. Angela) within the first 5-10 minutes of their presence were: - friendliness - teamwork - motivation - knowledge - customer care - considerate/thoughtful - patient/caring Soon after, I noticed Ms. Angela opening the facility for business. She was 15 minutes early than the hours of operation. Another customer had arrived shortly after me & listening to her converse with him in the lobby, she was courteous, friendly & attentive. Both Mr. James & Ms. Angela were professional, alert & fast. Along with those things listed above. Thank you both for getting me squared away & ready for work!! Outstanding job!! ?????? Have an excellent year!

My experience at Jiffy Lube on Highway 64 was great. The friendly workers obliged to put my tags on my liscense plate while I was sitting in that bay. Always very friendly. I won’t stop coming here.
