Efficient and friendly.

Great service! Great workers

one of my wipers quit working, I was in CO went to Grease Monkey in Castle Rock, they said I needed a new motor, but one wiper was still moving. Didn't have time to wait for a part, called here. The manager asked me a few questions and told me it was not the motor. I went in and he tightened a few bolts and they are working fine. Didn't charge me a dime. He said the motor and labor would have been about 400 bucks. Honest manager, honest company.

Great experience, in and out quick. Would recommend them to anyone here in amarillo

This was the first time we visited the Jiffy Lube on Georgia across the street from Water still We had a great experience at this Jiffy lube . Rodney and his team were extremely friendly and honest. We were there for an oil change, when they started looking at the oil they found it was still clean and told us, there was no need to change. They also vacuumed the cab and washed all the windows, and filled the tires, and charged us nothing. The level of honesty and helpfulness was unbelievable. We have never seen such effort given for no charge. We are in our 70's and have never seen such honesty, truthfulness, and helpfulness from a business. We highly recommend this business. P.S. you should give them a try next time you need your oil changed see if we aren't right about Rodney and his team.

I didn’t get an oil change here, but I did have a small emergency. I ended up with a busted tire right in front of this business and let me tell you the staff along with the General Manager went out of their way to help me. These are some very kind folks here, and they will definitely be getting my business from now on.. I truly believe that if this would of happened to me somewhere else I wouldn’t have gotten the help I received.. 5 Stars from me and now a customer.. THANK YOU AGAIN RODNEY

went in for an oil change & was told that our oil color was good & gave us the option to get it changed or wait a little longer to get it changed. its very obvious they are more about honesty & customer service than they are about money. their honesty has definitely earned my business!

I was extremely impressed with the service here. I had to stop and get an oil change on my way up north and this was where I stopped. Rodney was incredibly nice and even gave me recommendations on where to go in the area. I tried the barbecue he suggested and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend getting your car service done here.

March 2024 update - Rodney is back and in charge again! Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle in now that honest top notch service is back at this location. Rodney toured me through the under bay and wow is it clean and organized! They put the dates and technician's name on your new filter when installed too. They do a great job and don't skimp on anything! I've used a few oil change places in town and finally settled on this one.

Needed transmission fluid changed while on vacation, they got it done in less than an hour. Really appreciate these guys.

Honest guys running this location! Pulled up to get a oil change and my grandparents vehicle, I was unsure about the condition of the vehicle and we are about to drive it 350 miles. I asked for an oil change and when they got it in the bay he said the oil does not need to be changed and went ahead and checked everything else on the vehicle at no charge. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

Ok Google Guides, I am a recent transplant back to my hometown from Hell California. I use my Google maps to guide me to everything Now. I was gonna hit a Jiffy Lube close to my house, but they had a low rating due to bad service. So I got on Google maps and found this Jiffy Lube. Aldo met me at the bay door with a smile and we got down to business. They ran thru the car and asked all the right questions. If I needed it done they asked me and I was impressed with how detailed the staff was with every detail from the tires to the fluids. This is the place! Thanks Aldo and the rest of your amazing crew!
