I initially went for an oil change at the Valvoline down the road, but after they took my money, bamboozled me and only partially provided the services I paid for I went straight to Jiffy Lube where Evan, Isaiah and Chris were BEYOND helpful and kind. They didn't take advantage of me or the situation I was in and were Extremely honest and informative, explaining everything to me in a sincere and respective manner. I will NEVER be going back to Valvoline and This Jiffy Lube has a lifelong customer. If could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and air filter replacement, and I had a great experience. Evan, James, and Rob were all professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything. Evan showed me the condition of my old air filter and made sure I understood why it needed to be replaced, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was excellent and the quality of work was top-notch. Their transparency, teamwork, and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance!
