I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was professional, fast, and very respectful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was quick but thorough, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. It’s hard to find honest, efficient service these days, but this team definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

They had previously told me that there was a leak but if that I wanted to make sure to bring my vehicle back to check the fluids on the vehicle. True to form I brought it back and they checked it was fine. The service was excellent. From the moment I got there the attendant was super attentive. She offered me water. Her name escapes me but she starts with a Y. It’s an uncommon name but unique. I do remember Martin. He was happy to see that I’m from Los Fresnos. He said that’s extra points lol. End of the day and they still had a great service. Great customer service! They topped some fluids off and I was on my way. Thank you!

Had an awesome experience today at Jiffy Lube! They completely changed all my oil/filter/everything because of a small leak after an oil change 2 days ago- no charge! Im a 20 year customer, abd i will stay one. Yarlene was an incredible help to me too day! ????????!!
